The airport is in a great location as travelers will simply travel West on Highway 40 from Steamboat Springs until turning left on Routt County Road 51 which will bring travelers to the airport parking lot.

Denver International Airport offers travelers a picturesque view of the capital city of Denver as travelers disperse to the high country.

- Location: The airport is located approximately 19 miles northeast of the city of Denver. From the airport, head west on I-70 and exit in Silverthorne (CO 9). Take Colorado 9 east approximately 40 miles until Kremmling. Turn left onto US 4O for approximately 53 miles until you reach Steamboat Springs.
